Services
We meet with clients to discuss their individual needs. We review the prior year income tax return and if needed, advise clients of upcoming planning opportunities. If our clients find themselves mired in seemingly endless back and forth with the Internal Revenue Service, we step in and assess the situation by directly corresponding with IRS.
We advise for-profit and not-for-profit businesses on what their corporate entity should look like. We then register new businesses with the proper state authorities. We assist non-profit companies in gaining non-profit status with the Internal Revenue Service. We file the appropriate income tax returns.
Let's face it, life is full of surprises; happy, sad and everything in between. We've been through some of the more challenging patches and can offer the following services to help make life a little easier. Marriage, divorce or gifting a property to someone, we can effect the deed transfer and record the transfer in the suitable county.

Valinda is clear and calm with people - just what you want when discussing such difficult topics as death and taxes. Love that she has such a depth of knowledge on the tax side of estate planning. And if you get into matters outside her area of expertise, she won't try to wing it - she'll send you to the right people to take care of you.
