This all started when I was in search of a non-invasive way to improve my own health through food. Services
Yes, we use only non glutenous, non grain, non GMO organic flours such as coconut (not a tree nut), tree nut (primarily almond), seed meals (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, hemp and chia) tapioca, arrowroot. When milk is called for in our products we use only coconut milk and almond milk in our foods and baked goods.
We have created some and modified some great paleo fall recipes for you to try with your family & loved ones just like we will. We have desserts like pumpkin pie, kid-friendly recipes and side dishes like macaroni & cheese and sweet potato wedges, plus family must-haves for those fall dinners like herbed stuffing.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, avocado oil, and milk, lemon juice mixture, then add to the flour mixture. Stir until combined. Pour or spread about 1/4 cup batter on to pre-heated skillet, spacing pancakes at least a couple inches apart. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then gently flip to cook an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.

We found ourself at this cute shop this afternoon. They offer a variety of allergen and health food alternatives. Today we tried the paleo keto desserts: lemon pound cake, chocolate pound cake, and the snickerdoodle cookie. My daughter was hesitant to get the pound cake, and Mrs. Laura, head baker, asked if she'd like frosting on the lemon pound cake. So of course my daughter wanted frosting and Mrs. Laura went in the back and put lemon frosting on the lemon pound cake, but decorated it like little flowers. I finally made it in to try Snackin' Free and I am so happy I did. As a person with 4 food allergies I had a lot of options to choose from. Their muffins and brownies are delicious! They sell breads that I was able to sample and I loved each flavor. There are lots of treats and ingredients in their shop to buy. I enjoyed my dairy free latte as well, Thank you so much for serving our community with your foods.

Always my go to place for grain free bread, and a quick dessert. I haven't been able to find any place like this anywhere else, and believe me I look. I travel a lot and recently moved from California to Chicago and have yet to find any place that provides what they provide. Gluten free is an easy find but grain free and allergy free not so much. I'm glad they ship some of their items. PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES, especially ones that are trying to support your health.

We stopped by here on our way to San Diego and it was wonderful. I ordered the vegan breakfast sandwich and it was super good.
This place was perfect because my fiance was craving a turkey sandwich and we both left very happy, full and satisfied. If you're in the area, highly recommend you stop by here and grab a bite to eat. Oh! The cookies are great too!

So apparently this place has been around for 6 years and I discovered it today. Glad I did.
The food was very tasty and hearty. I had the oriental chicken salad and the dressing was fantastic.
I was weary about what to eat since I'm on a strict KETO Diet but they also had delicious desserts and I bought 2.
Pumpkin pound cake (so good and only 1 net carb) and I got the snicker doodle cookie that was only 6 net carbs.
I felt like I cheated my diet and I didn't, I'm still in ketosis and feeling amazing. I will be back and I highly recommend. Come give it a try!

My husband and I make a trip here every time we pass through Temecula, which isn't that often so when we do it's a delicious treat!
I don't love every baked good they have, but I live for the Fall Sammich! It is a perfectly concocted sandwich. Seriously, just get it. The soups and frozen lemonade are also yummy, but I'm not sure they're offered year round. Maybe soups in the cold seasons and lemonade in the hot ones?
If you are looking for a sweet treat, my choice would be the chocolate chip almond cookie.

This is my new favorite place. They can accommodate for ALL of my sensitivities!!! Grain free and legume free location, and can do vegan and nut free!!!
My daughter had her first grilled cheese sandwich in MONTHS and it was actually good!!! Gluten free soy free AND vegan! I almost cried. I sampled their new breakfast sandwich, too. It was amazing!!

We found this cute little gluten free/paleo bakery in Murrieta. They have so many different breads and bagels to choose from, including pumpkin bread. They also have delicious salad dressing to purchase, my favorites are the Ranch, Garlic Celantro, Apple. Now my favorite part of my visit. I was looking for a gluten-free cake for my sister's birthday. They do have cakes here but you must order them in advance. So I decided to purchase a stack of six large cookies, half chocolate, half pumpkin. I asked the owner if she would please decorate them special for me. She gave me a big smile and said

The place is small and the tables are small, but its very clean and the workers are so friendly. We were fortunate to be able to talk to thrle owner and her husband!

Did lunch here for two for $28. Thought the iced tea was a bit on the blander side. My guest had a coffee that tasted like hot water. The sandwiches we had were much better but we came to the conclusion the size of the sandwiches matched the name of this place. The snickerdoodle cookie was so so but it was gluten free. The customer service was super friendly.

1 star because there's a restaurant that has gluten free options... I would've given them two stars, but I was humiliated and disrespected,and no apology.
I came here because my vegan co-worker was going to retire and my company wanted me to look for a vegan cake. My son and I bought one cupcake each, just to try it out. I had the vanilla, and my son had the chocolate. Both were disappointingly atrocious!! They were dry, grainy and the cream had such a horrid texture.... as if the sugar didn't dissolve, what gives? I wonder if they've done experiments before selling these
