After much research I decided to purchase a spa package as a birthday gift for a dear friend who resides in the Orange Park area. Not being from the area I contacted the spa and explained that this was a gift and that I wanted the recipient to receive the services on her birthday. The manager contacted me shortly afterwards and was able to accommodate my request. I was over joyed when my friend communicated how wonderful an experience she had. They give decent massages but the customer service needs improvement. We have visited a couple times, but saw the negative side once we had a delay in arrival. We had no problem with them keeping the deposit to cover themselves however the woman on the phone was borderline disrespectful. I said can we reschedule and she replied “no, but hope your car gets fixed” in a high pitched, nonchalant way. That prompted me to request a refund because now I don’t even want to do business with you. She said a manager would call but I still haven’t received a call. I want our money refunded for the

Natural healing spa has so much to offer for a relaxing time.
The couples massage was great and done in a comfortable environment.
The calming music to the heated tables were amazing.
The staff was amazing throughout the visit. They ensured our comfort and we weren't rushed.
If you need a massage or a day of relaxation..

I have been coming to this spa for about 4yrs. I have brought almost every friend i have. It's amazing, the entire team is there for you. The environment and customer service CANT be beat.
I've gone for a girl's day, pre-wedding relaxation, just a regular Tuesday, you name it and the quality of work has never changed. Always 110%!
If you've been in the past- go again! Their new upgrades are worth checking out. I just tried the salt room and can't wait to hit the float room and try the new Vichy shower room. VICHY IS MY GO-TO! Highly, highly recommend if you love hot showers, aromatherapy, and

My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience at Natural Healing Day Spa! We did a couple’s massage and the salt room together and he did the float pool. We ended up booking last minute due to scheduling conflicts and Megan was incredibly accommodating. All of the staff were so kind and we both had one of the best massages we’ve ever experienced. We were even contemplating booking another massage at the end of our vacation. 10/10 would recommend this spa and we can’t wait to come back again.

Natural Healing Day Spa is by far the best spa I have ever been to. Meagan and her staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have receieved a variety of services (massages, facials, sauna, Vichy shower, salt room...) and have enjoyed every one of them. The atmosphere of the spa is so chill - they make it extremely easy to relax. I highly highly highly recommend, whether you are a longtime spa-goer or a first-timer, this is the spa you need to be at!
