Julie Davis is our dedicated owner and founder of Pura Vida Body & Mind Spa, overseeing the medical spa and ensuring her vision is carried out. Melissa brings over 10-years' experience and a depth and breadth of experience that is well above the norm. Hannah White is our Spa Tender who delivers the best customer service possible while making each person feel welcome.
Located outside of Jacksonville in Fleming Island, FL, Pura Vida Body & Mind Spa was founded by Julie Davis and is overseen by Dr. Neal Verma. Dr. Verma has a special love for aesthetic medicine and helping others transform into a more confident version of themselves.

Tear trough filler can be effective in smoothing out and treating under-eye bags for a more fresh and awakened look with a nonsurgical technique. Kara is amazing. I started the seratonin weight loss program and was very nervous and not sure about it or the results but at 7-8 weeks in I’m loving my results. Kara has been amazing and has given me so much much great information and guidance. I’m definitely planning on getting more services soon. Love Pure Vida everyone is great here.

I had a great first visit at Pura Vida. The staff was so friendly & welcoming! This was my first time getting filler & it was better than I ever expected. Brittany was amazing & made me feel so comfortable. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted & talked me through the whole process. She is very detailed & I love that! I am loving my results & will definitely be going back!

I received the Skinny Shot/a weigh in. My tech Kara has been so supportive and instrumental in raising my momentum to say (Yes I can/will). Even when I'm hard on myself she gives me other avenues to look at to try and get better. So far they are working. Thumbs up to Kara/Jewel. Both

LOVED everything about my experience at Pura Vida today!!! Chrissy is the absolute BEST! I immediately felt comfortable and cozy when I walked in the spa...It was set up so cute and homey along with the sweetest and most welcoming staff! They have amazing technology and knowledge of so many things us ladies need to know and learn about our bodies and they can help us all improve ourselves and beautify it ALL! It is hard for me to relax and today I actually was so chill and relaxed while in Chrissy's care! I have had TONS of facials and this one was the BEST by far and I will be back to see Chrissy

This was my first visit to Pura Vida and I will be returning without a doubt! I was referred here by a friend who had great things to say about Brittany and she definitely lived up to my expectations and more. She’s so down to earth, honest, very easy to talk to and does an absolutely incredible job injecting! 10/10 Highly recommend!!
