We have been working with Occubit for over a year now and I don't know what we would do with out them! They are very quick to respond to any issues from Technical Support, IT Support, really anything IT for our business. They have never failed to resolve the problem for our business. We recently moved our office and they were instrumental in getting everything flowing (from setting up internet, computer set up, phone set up, and all things IT) correctly so we wouldn't miss a beat! My computer was having problems redirecting to different websites, certain programs wouldn't install, and was running annoyingly slow. Christina remote desktoped onto my computer for an hour and was able to find and fix multiple program conflicts and some adware on my computer. Again all of this in under an hour. While she performed these repairs she was happy to answer any and all questions I had for what she was doing. Service was definitely more than worth the price.
