No one ever picks up the phone! says they're 24 hours which is a bunch of bull! Every cab company in Conroe is nothing but trash with horrible customer service! Have been trying for the last hour to get a cab that will actually pick up and send someone out. My advice just stick to uber or Lyft but that doesn't help if you only have cash on hand...

Carlos is the absolute best taxi driver I have ever had. He's such a nice polite man. My husband and I are both handicapped and he took such great care of us. I'm short and he stood behind me to make sure I got in the van ok. After we were finished at our appointment I called and he came and on the way home he stopped at the grocery store so my husband could get a few things. When we arrived at the apartments he even carried the groceries up to our door. We will definitely use CVS Taxi again. Carlos, you're a great man and a true Godsend. Thank you for everything. There's no way we could ever repay

This guy driving the mini van taxi obviously thinks he doesn't make enough money for the standard meter rates, so he changes the meter when you get in, and you end up paying about 35% more than you normally would for this ride, your better off with Uber or Lyft, at least you know what you'll be charged..
I can't make this stuff up, and I couldn't believe he would decieve riders like this, and I wonder how many people he did this to before me

I have used them several times, Carlos (owner) runs a respectable business; all around good experience.
On time, the meter prices are completely reasonable (as per when they "initiate" the billing so to speak, as opposed to how they bill you in The Woodlands, where I resided for over 30 years), respectful & courteous, as well as clean vehicles; what else can you ask for in a taxi service?
Will use again if the need arises.

Called once for a ride at about 7pm on a weekday. I was told no cabs were working that evening. Sounded pretty obvious that I interrupted the owner at home, as there were typical sounds of kids and people talking in the background and he sounded tired and annoyed. I totally get that everyone needs home and family time. But then don't advertise on your website you have 24 hour service if that isn't true.
