This organization may also operate a legitimate taxi service, however the "dispatcher" sent an unlicensed cab with no markings, no meter, and no visible driver identification.
After the vehicle was in motion and I realized no meter was being used I began to ask questions, when asked about the fair the driver quoted a "flat rate" which was not consistent with the rates posted on the company's website. This flat rate later changed multiple times in conversation.

I travel to Houston for business and pleasure. After trying a few services, this is by far my favorite! Friendly and personable, after a few trips my driver always remembers me by name! Jackie is always on time and makes my travel time from the airport to downtown a breeze! I always fly into IAH, and all I have to do is let them know of my time of arrival, and they are there! Also, they pick me up from my hotel on time and are always professional and courteous.

24hrs Cab Service provides excellent service to their customer. I visited Houston for business and the driver was very friendly and cordial Jackie knew all the places to go to, and at affordable rate. I didn't feel like I was being taking advantage because I was from out of town. I will def use them again when I return to Houston. Great taxi Cab Service.
