Attorney David Witkon has been practicing law in New York since 2008. Prior to that, he worked in the business field, employed by, among others, Viacom and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. David's business experiences have prepared him well for his role as a lawyer, giving him opportunities to deal with technology and security as well as real estate and land use issues.
Neil Weissman has been representing clients in Long Island since 1992. Our firm concentrates in landlord tenant law, foreclosure defense, eviction law, criminal defense law, family law and personal injury law. We service all areas of Long Island including Nassau and Suffolk County as well as Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island.

I had a case of a tenant who had not paid me rent for several months and I knew she would never pay me because she refused to answer several notices from me. I hired David to handle some of my landlord-tenant matters at a shopping center I manage, he is always a phone call away and on top of everything. He makes me feel protected as his client, and although it does sound cliche, he is really an attorney that cares about his client and about doing the right thing. I moved out of New York for a new job and unfortunately rented my home in Nassau to a HORRIBLE tenant. David managed the eviction quickly and efficiently and was easy to reach, returned my frantic calls promptly, was professional and friendly.
