0 Stars. Incredibly unprofessional would not recommend them to anyone struggling with mental health. If you don't have insurance be prepared to be overcharged if you do decide to use this facility. The intake is charged by an hourly rate, I was charged $600 for an hour of their time which I was not told about. I requested to pay my bill after every visit and paid promptly and somehow a year and a half later I am getting a bill from collections saying I haven't paid anything. When I called to find out what was going on they could not tell me anything and said they would have to mail me a bill. This

If I could give zero, I would. They don’t care. You literally just lay in the bed and feel more hopeless. Anything they advertise, they don’t do. Except group therapy. Which doesn’t help some people. You get food provided by the jail. Nothing for you to do but lay around. I was there for 3 days because I attempted. I left feeling much worse than when I came in. This place is a JOKE just like 90% of the “mental healthcare” places in America and around the world.

If you're looking for any medication that isn't a for-profit SSRI, SNRI or nerve medication you need to see a PcP. Go to an actual doctor. The "woo woo" psychologist types are so strict on medication that you want, you should not go here expecting ANY help except for basic bottom of the barrel therapy. It's the same song and dance, skip it.

This clinic offers so many programs that help patients who have a mental health disorder. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating and provides the upmost customer service. The doctors in this clinic are all very knowledgeable and want to help the patients in anyway they can. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a psychiatrist or a therapist to help with managing their mental health!

Front staff was polite. The notified patients when they were running late so attitudes stayed positive. Clean evoirnment, all the staff was professional in appearance and attitude. If you have to be a part of this type of organization it’s the best we have experienced yet.

I agree with Betsy I just left the office not 10 minutes ago. I been sitting there since 9:07 For a 9:30 appointment. At 10 o'clock I figured going up to the front desk might be useful. She tells me that she will check and make sure my therapist is there. That statement made me really uneasy. I then proceeded to sit for another 20 minutes just for her to tell me that my therapist was not even there. For someone like me to work my anxiety up for having to do things like this as soon as she told me that I had to reschedule I immediately burst into tears as I have been in need of this appointment

I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I only keep going because it's all I can afford. It has now come to a point where they are hurting my mental health. Excessively.
Because of the environment they work in, most everyone there couldn't care less about you.
I have done everything they've required of me and more. They are now too busy to see me and refusing to refill a prescription I have been functionin extremely well on for SEVEN YEARS. Because of their negligence and complete disregard for their patients, I was forced into going cold turkey without my meds.
I am now suffering in

I sought out help only to find that this place, when they can get to making an appointment for you, doesn't keep appointments. When I finally got appointments set up through a case manager; I never saw any of the people my appointments were with. I was giving my information to a persons taking notes for someone else. I was billed for all these appointments to see people I was not scheduled to see. I never got any sort of help. Now have a good reliable doctor & wouldn't send my dog to this place. This is who treats the seriously mentally ill that are indigent. For society to change they have got
