Excellent customer service and installers are very efficient, considerate and courteous. Product is quality. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
Update: Remote not working. Called for help and Nik sent someone right away. Found out motor was flooded with water and it was replaced and positioned to allow drainage. No charge! Awesome service.

I contacted Nik regarding servicing my Eco Shade. The solar battery needed servicing after six years of daily use. They showed up, were extremely polite and took care of the problem within a few minutes.
My Eco Shade was first installed in 2012, and this company is still around taking care of you, which you don't see companies with this kind of dedication, professionalism and loyalty to their customers anymore.

I realize their yelp is not very active but I will add my thoughts. I saw there website a few months ago and was impressed with the product but thought it was going to be very expensive. Fast forward to the recent trade show. I met with the owners saw the product and discussed price. I was shocked as it was not as expensive as I thought. Fast forward again to a few weeks ago. I contact them via email and had a response asking when they could come by for an on site estimate. I emailed them back within 5 minutes of their email giving my address and more specifics on my project a week has passed

I was one of the first customers to purchase a eco shade for my house- over 5 years ago. The fact that my shades are strong and dependable are second to the amount of excellent customer service that I have received. The moveable shade offers breeze, shade, and protection through any type of weather. Lately it's been raining a lot and the gutter that is attached to the shade really makes my outside deck usable during this time of the year.
