We reached out to over 10 local vendors to get quotes for new window treatments for our entire home, but Sarah was the only one to offer an in-person consultation right away. She came to measure all the windows, brought windows treatment samples to look over and provided us with a quote by the end of the appointment. The shutters arrived within a week of ordering and she installed them right away. About a month later the roller shades came in and it was installed the very next day. We are ecstatic with our new roller shades provided by A Shade Above Hawaii. I had a great experience with Sarah and A Shade Above Hawaii. Making a consultation appointment was easy and she was on time. She measured my 12 windows efficiently and quickly and went over my options for window coverings patiently and without pressuring me to buy the most expensive set up. The ordering process was easy and the wait for the shades to arrive was reasonable and within the time she promised. The install took just a few hours when I was at work and I came home to 12 very nicely made and installed blinds. Everything was just as we discussed. I am extremely satisfied with the product

Sarah & her husband installed roll-down shades/screens across the entire length of a Waikiki, direct ocean view condo. The downside of having full length of floor to ceiling glass is direct heat from the sun & bright light that pours in from sun-up until the sun goes down. After installation there was a remarkable change of temperature in the room & lack of glare, yet you could still see the beautiful ocean & Waikiki view through a “filter”.
