Heritage Embroidery & Design was founded by the Pierre family in 1988. Rick & Debbie started with one embroidery machine in the garage of their stillwater home. We're now onto our 3rd Stillwater location with a retail store and a multifaceted production area. We started as an embroidery business and that remains our specialty. We are also experts in screen printing, digital "DTG" printing, laser etching, leather etching, chenille, sublimation, heat transfer, and more.

Our bread and butter. We've been doing embroidery since we opened in 1988. Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread. Embroidery is commonly used for small logo's and detail. One of our most popular methodes. Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.
Heritage is not responsible for manufacturer back orders or out of stock products. If any back orders do occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions. You will be responsible for responding back to Heritage in a timely manner to avoid delaying your order delivery.
Already have an idea and want us to design it, no problem! Send it to us and we can make your ideas a reality. We have designed anything from hand drawings to artwork brought in on a dinner plate and everything in between. Don't have an idea for your design, we can help you with that too. Let us do the work for you instead of doing it yourself, so you can relax.
After you request a quote one of our sales reps will be in touch to go over costs and other details. These details may include ordering methods such as a webstore or a order form, sample pieces, down payments and due dates. After you go over the details with our sales rep, you will get an email containing an art approval.

I brought some Minnesota Wild jerseys in to have some captain patches added to them. I was told it would take about two weeks. I got called a day early which was awesome. I absolutely love the final product and would recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with patches. I will return whenever I need a similar service.

Awesome work! We had an order that got missed on our end and they worked hard to fix it (even though it was not their error) and make it happen on a Saturday. These shirts were for an family event supporting breast cancer and meant a lot to us. We are so thankful for the teams effort and help. It is greatly appreciated!!

I've got both printed and custom embroidery from Heritage. I was very pleased with the product. The person who helped me order did an excellent job of describing the different options and even brought me samples. The customer service was excellent and they called me the day both orders arrived. I'll use them again.

The bad reviews surprise me. Heritage has done a bunch of my kids' high school sports apparel over the years, and we never had one problem. My daughter put a hole in her hockey team sweats recently and I had to order a new pair past the ordering window. They ordered them, had them in a week with her number on it, and called me right away. I'm going to buy her a letter jacket soon and will use Heritage.

In my two purchasing experiences with Heritage I can confirm that they WILL NOT DELIVER ON TIME. As Michelle said, they promise dates that the order will be done by but continually fail to follow through. My most recent order arrived more than three months late! In addition when my team tried to order matching sweatshirts only about half the team got them because Heritage ran out of stock and could not get more, extremely frustrating! I will never do business here again, sorry.

I have unfortunately been a repeat customer of Heritage and have had an absolute horrible experience from a customer service standpoint every single time. This is the first time I have ever taken time to right a review and feel that this might save some one from the frustration we have experienced regularly. The actual product is good but do not expect it to come in on time EVER. Do not be misled by working with a manger because they will assure you a date but will not execute on that, you will likely make multiple phone calls or trips because they continue to provide dates they have no intention
