Established in 2011 La Maison Interiors is a creative full-service Interior Design Studio specializing in upscale residential interiors, high rises, model homes and hospitality projects. We ordered a $7000 custom table from La Maison Interiors on 4/24/2021. We drove in from Tucson to order the table because we could not get anyone to call us back, even though we advised the co owner- Davinder Chawla, we knew exactly what we wanted. We were given the impression the table would be delivered in 8 to 10 weeks, and were never advised delivery was based on their cramming our overpriced table on a truck with normal-priced furniture from other furniture stores. It's been 15 weeks since we ordered the table, it is sitting in La Maison's warehouse, and we STILL don't have a delivery date

Davinder was amazing in helping us choose our bedroom furniture and dining set. She was nothing like the previous reviews mentioned. She was thoughtful about budget, spent as much time as we needed to customize our chairs, and followed up many times with us. We have been long standing clients and are located in California. She is one of the best designers I have ever worked with. Thank you Davinder for all of your help in making our home so special!

I love this store! They always have high-end, unique, quality products. It's a beautiful store filled with beautiful vignettes. The designers are very knowledgeable and have many years experience. There is a clearance showroom and a design center upstairs so you can choose fabrics on select pieces of furniture. The GM, Steve, is very nice and knew his stuff. You can shop and shop at all those mass produced furniture and design stores, but La Maison will likely have that special piece you're looking for.

I was in the market for a new sectional and spent a few afternoons shopping the typical chain stores like Crate, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Macy's etc. I'm admittedly a very particular customer and found the few fabric selections from these stores lacking in color variety and quite generic.

Just received our couch. Wonderful experience in the store, especially with Shirley assisting us and she came to our house as well with fabric samples. Movers communicated well and delivered the couch on time and also moved our huge sectional out of the house for us! Would highly recommend La Maison, a very pleasant experience.

If you don't care about adhering to a budget and you don't mind little or no communication after the purchase consider doing business with Davinder. Her follow through and follow up are next to nothing and it appears she only cares about selling her furniture. This store will not get any more of our business nor anyone else we care about.

My real regret was not reading Yelp before walking into this high end arrogant store. They went 100% over our budget and we ordered merchandise and paid for half in November and we are now at the end of the first week of May and we are still missing almost half of what we ordered. The only person I would compliment is Steve, the office manager. Otherwise, stay away from Davinder. She has no concept of price but is only interested in maximizing her personal profit. It you don't care about budget and don't mind following up multiple times on your own, then feel free to take a chance and

We started working with Alan and Davinder during their years at Robb & Stucky. Most recently, they designed the remodeling of two bathrooms, resulting in two gorgeous new rooms. My husband and I went into the store to find mirrors for our bathrooms. We were greeted by the owner and told him what we were looking for. After some discussion, he told us that a custom mirror might be appropriate for us. We told him and his designer our budget and they told us they would be able to do a custom mirror without any problems. We told them we would think about it, but the owner insisted we have the designer come look at our house the same day. We felt a little pressured but were uncomfortable to say no. Most of the the furniture we received we did like although it was overpriced. We ordered custom tables and they weren't made correctly. We asked the owner for a refund or replacement and he said 'absolutely'. After talking to the owner a few times and a promise to replace the tables, we have yet to receive anything but false promises. Overall customer service was poor. We are in the market for new furniture again and plan NOT to shop here.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. If I could give them zero stars I would but unfortunately I was entitled to give them one. I was promised numerous times they would fix my order for two custom tables that I have not received and it has been 10 moths now, I have call at least 5 times and stopped by twice they tell me it will be a couple more weeks!!! In addition to bad service everything is overpriced........STAY AWAY!!

Worst service I have ever received......they receive one star for quality items. However, the disorganization, poor time management, lack of communication, unresponsive when items were not delivered on time or items purchased were incorrect. The designer(JW) was a nightmare to deal with....very disappointed after spending over $50,000.00. Despite nice product, will never step foot in the store again after this experience.

This store is right in-between several other huge furniture stores so the competition is great. A sales woman greeted me at the door and then I found them sitting and chatting by a computer to one another and never got asked again if I needed any help! Their furniture was ordinary and looked very over priced. I asked what brands they carried and she told me that they carry on their exclusive lines. Would go back there as you can find much nicer things next door and at a better price too. They should organize their store by styles too. Its all over the place.

I visited the nice-looking store and met with a sales woman who seemed pleasant and helpful. She even came to my house the next day for a complimentary review of my space and the several pieces of furniture that I needed. To make a long story short, she barely made any effort and was so unresponsive, I wound up completely wasting several weeks. What poor service!

I was immediately approached as I entered the store by a very friendly young lady who introduced herself and asked what brought me into the store. I recently visited La Maison Interiors looking for a small dining table for my condo. I was very impressed with the selection and the sales associate was very helpful. The sales associate is an interior designer and she gave me some great ideas for furniture placement in my new condo. Shortly after the place was opened, we ordered some very expensive shelves there and 2 lamps. The order was due to arrive 4-6 wks after the purchase. 10 wks later we finally got the shelves but no lamps. The shelves came in without glass on one side. Surprisingly, nobody even told me about the broken glass and I had to discover the defect and place a call myself. It has been over 2 weeks already since the defected item was delivered (and 12wks since purchase) and I still haven't received the missing glass or a lamp. This place is HORRIBLE to deal with. Do NOT shop there!!!!
