Services
It takes a lot of courage and initiative to contact a psychiatric office for service. Whether this service is for you personally or for a loved one, we understand that it can feel like a big step to reach out for help. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for our new patients. Beginning fall 2020, we have a new process for getting patients started with treatment.
Children can show signs of psychiatric issues at a very early age. Even before they reach school age, you might notice that your child has some difficulty socializing, sitting still or engaging in playful activities with other children.
Once they begin school, teachers are always a great resource to indicate the beginning of some troubles-such as noticing when your child has difficulties related to school work, behavior in the classroom, or outside the structured classroom setting.Your child may find it difficult staying focused, lack motivation or interest, or have an emotional and behavioral lack of control.

We hit our deductible in November of last year. Our insurance starts over in July and has for 3 years at least. Billing at PPS has always been terrible, but now it's even worse. The lady at the desk told me I have to pay. I told her we've hit our deductible. Billing said I owed and she refused to let my kids see their doctor unless I paid. I told her I've been on the insurance site and we've hit the family deductible. She grabbed a print out from the insurance site. It showed individual deductible, not the family deductible. I told her that and she said "well we have no access to that." I asked

Dr. Aziz barely spent 2 minutes talking to me before sending me out with a medication I’d never heard of. Didn’t discuss my diagnoses, illness or anything. The second time I came for a follow up, he didn’t ask me any questions and just sent me on my way and didn’t let me give the chance to describe how I was still feeling. I felt completely dismissed and I had to find another place because of how disappointed I was.

Be aware:
1). They made patient pay upfront other than after billing to insurance first.
2). They charged me $125 upfront, but they actually billed to my insurance $100, from insurance explain letter: insurance covered $20, my responsibility is $80.
All in one sentence, they charged from me and my insurance $145 ( $125 + 20), rather than they supposed to $100 ($80 + $20).

These doctors are extortionists. I am on disability and have to pay $90 per visit. They just want to take up your time by chit chatting. They only gave me 30 tablets of my bipolar drug and then wanted to see me 2 weeks later. Another $90. Then they did it again. I complained and they told me that I must come in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place is more like a Mcdonalds drive thru for drugs than an actual medical treatment facility. Very very bad experience. Ironically, very unprofessional. Expect to wait weeks for an appointment that typically won't last longer than 10 minutes, when you get there expect to wait over an hour to be called back, and when you get to back to the office expect zero patience from staff, especially Dr.Aziz. I highly recommend avoiding this place, they obviously put corporate policies and profits above patient well being and health care in my personal case. Very disappointing.

I have been a patient for PPS since 2019. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. The doctors listen to you and actually care about your input when it comes to medication management. Recently I had a change of insurance and my doctor, Rhoda Chamberlain and the clinical care team went above and beyond to make sure that I got back on this medication. They were calling the insurance company, keeping me in the loop, and overall I felt they went above and beyond for me. I was also seeing Beth while living in Cincinnati and her approach to therapy is amazing, she is very laid back

My experience working with Aziz and Samantha before she left was actually very good. They took the time to figure out what medicines worked for me, and Samantha really was very patient and understanding with ensuring I was getting the best treatment possible during my time as a patient in their facility.
The reason for my 1 star review is due to the fact that I was told when I moved to Florida, I would be able to still be seen through my doctor via teledoc to receive my prescriptions that were not controlled substances. I was completely fine with this, as it’s impossible to find a doctor as

The office policy for billing is ridiculous! They charge the whole amount due before your visit regardless of the fact we met our deductible and only owe 20%. They refuse to send it to insurance and send me the bill with the remaining balance. What’s even worse is when they process the claim through insurance and they see I indeed only owe 20%, they put a credit on my account at their office instead of refunding my credit card!

My doctor is great, it's the front desk and billing. I have hit my deductible and out of pocket, so my insurance is paying for everything 100%. But for some reason every year this office has a hard time understanding that and they charge me every time. But of course when you go to talk to billing they are either busy or just doesn't call you back. I'm only going here for my doctor, I recommend going somewhere else for your care.

The front desk workers here are AWFUL. I am on an antidepressant and there was some kind of mixup between the office and the pharmacy i go to so i couldn’t get my prescription refilled and called to get it fixed. Whoever i spoke to at the front desk told me i would have to come in again to get it refilled and that the soonest appointment was in two weeks. I asked is they could supply a small prescription until the appointment and they told me no. I explained that i was already very dizzy from withdrawal symptoms and that you cannot stop antidepressants cold turkey because not only do they have
