We have owned property on Hilton Head Island for many years. It had come to the point in our lives that we simply did not use the property as much as we used to due to the growing changes and age in our family. We decided that we wanted to keep Hilton Head a part of our life but also thought that it would be best - not so much for us financially - but more so for the overall health of our property to place it on the short term rental market.

Owning a second home here on Hilton Head Island is a wonderful privilege and one that you would like to have help work for you to support the costs associated with that ownership.

This package is so that you can have an active role in marketing your property while we take on the lion's share of the actual reservation work for you. We will also market your property, and for all reservations you book we will extend a 10% rental rate commission to you for all of those bookings.

Since we have real estate sales and property management it only made sense for us to also offer to our clients the ability to manage their Hilton Head Island long term rental property. With the market crash of 2008 a lot of things have happened.
