Rehoboth At Last (RAL) Transportation Services of Northwest Arkansas opened its doors in December of 2015. Since then our company has grown and develop a comprehensive service to meet all the needs in transportation. We service client receiving Medicaid, making sure they are able to get to and from their appointments in a timely and safe manner, serving Arkansas, and Missouri.
We contract with Workers Compensations Insurance companies to provide Non-Emergency medical transportation services or injured workers. Overall, our services range from getting the very important document across town to making sure you have a safe and comfortable trip to and from your Doctor's office or even enjoying a relaxing ride home from the airport.

Be it for non emergency transportation to that of a door-to-door personal transport or even if you need a translator (language services also available) for your next appointment.

VERY unprofessional. My daughters daycare was transferring to a different transportation company and on 6/17, her new bus driver was suppose to pick her up, we waited an hour. They never showed up, I called her daycare, they didn’t know what was going on. Come to find out they werent running the bus that day, didn’t call to let the daycare OR parents knows. I received a phone call 6/17 at around *****8:45 PM***** to confirm my daughters pick up for 6/18. I received a text message from her new bus driver 6/23 saying this would be the last attempt to make contact about my daughters pick up, and

Where should I start . It's a terrible company it's a medicad transportation company the we used for a week for our child , the vans are complete filth the owner and his wife have been reported numerous times to DHS ,because children having lice from the vans . DHS needs to shut this company down soon
