I had an accident called the best place they said to go to. Waited an entire day called back lady was apologetic. She said she didn't know what happened and said tomorrow we will pick it up. Now is around noon time and nothing. So we call to check and found out we are not even in the system for pick up. Although emails were exchanged. Ummm.... I am confused. After this my brother in law decided to call 5o ask something and he told me I should have spoken to him first. Last time he brought his car there is was done at 2pm mo one ever called him, email or anything to tell him his car was ready. It

Let me start out by giving credit where it is due, the girls at the front desk are super nice and super helpful, I'd give them 5 stars but the quality of my repair I'd give a 0. I should have listened to the customer who warned me as I walked in to drop my car off "this place is terrible, don't have your car repaired here!!" When I went to pick up my Toyota it was a complete mess... once my car was "finished" they told me to come at night right before they closed to pick it up.. that should have been my first clue. I had brought my vehicle in for repairs and found customer service was lacking. was not happy with the repairs the first time around. I ended up meeting the General manager Brent Dabrosca who was extremely professional and helpful. In the end, Brent came through and made things right. My truck never looked better.

I cannot recommend Balise Collision highly enough. I contacted the office regarding an accident that was not covered by insurance. Though I was already having a rough week and only received high estimates and unfriendly service from other collision centers, I can honestly say that my experience with Balise Collision was a pleasure from the beginning. They treated me kindly and professionally, guided me through my options, gave me the best price I could find, and completed the repair in a third of the time I was quoted by other shops. Look elsewhere. 'Napoleon Nolan' was completely unprofessional. I did not understand the process and he totally humiliated me after trying to have a claim figured out. Other than the ladies at the front desk this little guy was very arrogant and I left crying. If you want support, guidance and professionalism don't expect it here. Obviously other posts are by friends, how this place gets away with treating people this way is beyond me. I have never experienced anything like this before.

My experience here was not what I expected 😕 I'm not a happy customer at all. Dropped my vehicle here October 28th and picked it up November 29 1month and 1 day gaps visible on the passenger side where the work was "done" then picking my daughter up from school the DOOR HANDLE on the same passenger side that Balise "fixed " came off embarrassing 😳 went there twice in one day for minor issues to them but could have been serious for me. After all of that I was offered a free oil change are they serious 🤔 oil change what about a refund of some of $$$smh I would never bring my car there again

The repairs were done really well. It took much longer than I was anticipating but I think that was likely on the insurance company, and the quality of repairs made it worth the wait.
The only thing keeping this from five stars is that they left what looks like an oil/grease stain on the fabric on my driver’s side door. Otherwise the interior and exterior were super clean when I got it back.

Everyone was extremely professional and every time I called with even the smallest questions they were quick to get me the answers that I needed and didn’t treat me like I was a nuisance (even if I felt I was). My car was done quickly and the work was A+. This is the second car I have brought to Balise for repair and highly recommend them. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else!

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Balise Collision Repair as an option through my insurance after an accident. I was very impressed at how Balise took care of my vehicle. My entire front bumper needed to be replaced. The work took about a week, which was completely worth the wait. My Jeep looked brand new when I received it- inside and out. Not only did Balise take the time to wash and wax/shine the outside of my car, they detailed the inside for me as well. I felt like I stepped into the same vehicle I drove off the lot when I first purchased it. Thank you for taking such good care of Blue

So I was in an accident a while back and had damage to my bumper. I was referred to Blaise for the repairs. The repairs took longer then expected but was happy with the results. A month later the bumper was separating from the vehicle. So I called and they let me come by and fixed. Days later the product that they used seemed to have expand and is now visible on both sides of the bumper. I am the only owner of this vehicle and am unhappy with the quality of the service provided for the price payed.

I would absolutely recommend Balise Collision. I was rear ended at a stop sign and the impact made me hit the car in front of me so damage front and rear. It was an easy process, they handled the insurance and I didn't pay a penny out of pocket. (it was the other guy's fault). But not only did they do the repairs but detailed it up. It looked like a brand new car. And it's not just cosmetic stuff--they really seemed to be concerned about the integrity of the frame and the safety of the car and making sure the repairs were done correctly. The two Johns that work there are fantastic to deal with. They are first class rated professions who assisted me with my car. My insurance company recommended them, and they were awesome. I had such a great experience with Balise Collision. Brian Stone was so professional, helpful and experienced- a really great guy and big help. Sandra at the front desk was kind and patient, and the work they did on my car was really amazing. My car was in terrible shape after living in Canada for the past three years and doing countless 7 hour drives back and forth to RI- it was filled with the residue of kid-road trips, crumbs and spills and general filth- a real disaster. I nearly fell over when I picked it up- it looked like a brand new car, inside and out. Not a speck of dirt or dust, spotless

After 1 month of having my brand new bug, I got into an accident causing roughly $14,000 of damage. I needed a whole new front end and transmission and a bunch of other stuff. I have no idea how the universe worked out that I ended up at Balise (I'm from CT) but I couldn't have been luckier. Brian Stone was so helpful- he aimed for two weeks with a weeks max for turn around time. My car was ready within that time frame (closer to two weeks)- the car was as good as new- it looked beautiful, the work was so good you would never have known my brand new car was close to being totaled! They finished the work in the time promised. Got the arrangements for the rental all ironed out and had my loaner wating when I dropped off.
I sprung for a deluxe detail job for the minivan while it was in here (if you own a minivan and have kids, you understand the splurge). The detail job fell waaaay short. The cup holders were neglected as was the carpeted, rear compartment. They graciously refunded the
