I am at a loss for words with all of these bad reviews. I whole heartily believe if you have a mental illness no matter what the case may be that this office would be more than happy to assist you in anyway possible. First hand I know they go above and beyond to assure my stability. I have been seeing Dr Steiner for over 10 years. I love him and his staff. They are always there for me when I need that extra little help. Dr Steiner has always been so attentive and aware of my different disabilities and has always done everything he could to make sure I am always in a well stable state of mind. Wish

I would not reccomend David Steiner at all. He is very arrogant and condescending. He wouldn't listen to my plight at all. I went to him expecting to get a diagnosis and treatment for things that go along with tourette's syndrome. He told me to seek therapy from a new therapist named Chandy Page, she is very respectful and a nice woman. She had the guts to admit to me that she wouldn't be able to help me because she had no experience in treating patients with my condition. But Steiner is unlike her since he can't calm his ego down long enough to admit that he cannot provide adequate care for me

Mr. Mctier is a kind, and professional person with an understanding of psychiatry and physical pain beyond anything I could ever describe. He has a gentle nature and a sympathetic ear, listening carefully to all you have to say, noting everything to help you in the best possible way. He has taken me from my deepest, darkest, depressed places into the light of feeling good and wanting to live again. I thank God and appreciate having him in my life to give me support and a better quality of life.

Completely rude office staff. I went in asking to verify dates of appointments. I had a copy of patient signed release in my hand. The billing manager (front office manager works from home) never looked in a computer to check the data. Just looked at me & said "Yes these are correct" never asked who I was, never took time to listen to the issue. When I explained the concern, she blew me off. Thankfully the person that actually wrote the forms verified she wrote them, but no one ever verified the exact dates for me. Concerning when the front office staff is writing reviews trying to get the rating

The doctor or nurse or whatever that I see is fantastic but the front office staff is so rude and inconsiderate of your feelings it really cancels it out. They told me my TSH was causing my depressive symptoms but it took a true act to get them to actually send my lab results to my pcp. Becky was even so rude to me at one point I was in a ball crying for 20 minutes after our call. They never did discuss the results of the second lab with me. Extremely unprofessional. I’m strongly considering finding a new office.

Dr. Steiner and the therapists (I've seen three of them) are wonderful. For whatever reason, there is a relatively high turnover in the support staff. They range from treating patients like a nuisance and an inconvenience (I won't name names) to being very friendly and always having a smile (Becky). I would recommend that, when there is an opening, the Office Manager should hire someone like Becky, who is a delight to deal with. She brightens my day.

I'm not sure where all of these bad reviews are coming from, but I honestly couldn't say enough good things about this place. I've never had any issues. Never once has anyone been rude to me. I highly recommend APPA. Unlike other therapists and psychiatrists, you are actually LISTENED to here. The staff at the front have always been helpful.
