I hired this company to install accordion shutters in my house because they had a good rating from their reviews on the internet. My experience was a disappointed one. They installed two weeks behind schedule. After the installation was completed,, I complained to the assistant manager, Erick Rodriguez, about some issues. Twice he gave me an appointment to come over to fix them, twice he did not show up and twice he did not even make a phone to re- schedule and applogize. Service after installation is just horrible.
