If you are looking for a company to do your inspection, look no further! I cannot say enough good things about Erik and Pati, the detailed work they do, and their willingness to explain what they’re doing/seeing. As a first time home buyer, it’s really stressful, and the inspection might be the most stressful because it could turn out poorly. Erik and Pati answered all of my questions, were friendly as could be, and were clearly experts. They even have a robot that goes into the crawl space under the house and takes a video! Erik and Patty are wonderful!! I hired them to do an inspection for insurance and loan purposes, I had needed to reschedule our first visit and they accommodated my needs graciously! They showed up on time ready to work, they were fast and thorough but took time to answer my questions, They were kind and non judgmental as my house looked (and probably smelled like) like a frat house with an ape and Tiger hidden somewhere. They knew their stuff and informed me of issues I didn’t even know existed...5 stars aren’t quit enough!

Terrific company to work with. Very thorough and super responsive. We had an older home that needed a deep dive and solid expertise. Eric and Patti handled it with ease, took their time and addressed all our post inspection concerns rapidly, with courtesy and extreme professionalism. when you add in all the warrantees and extras they throw in to the inspection, theres also a great value here.

Erik and Patti of Alpha & Omega Home Inspection went above and beyond for our new build inspection. They were professional and responsive to the multiple last minute scheduled changes made by the builder. I had Erik and Patty of Alpha Omga do an inspection of a 2-story house that is being used as a professional office building. They were very thorough and got into every crawl space. Their ability to do thermal imaging really helps identify potential problems that would otherwise go unseen/unnoticed until it is too late to fix. They were also able to do my pest and termite inspection so I didn't have to reschedule a second day with the realtor just to do thatThe report is incredibly thorough and I now can truly estimate my startup costs with eyes wide open!
