Barb worked along side her Dad, Elmer Britton from 1970-2004. Barb has a "I can " attitude. She says that the key to being a woman in the equipment business is 'watch, listen, learn and do'. Sadly we will never go here again. Lack of communication around repair costs, they wouldn’t give us an estimate to repair our lawnmower after they said they would call first. Showed up and they did the repair without advising (per our verbal agreement), the cost of repair was much more than expected and the lawnmower wasn’t even working AFTER I paid for the high repair costs. They did come pick it up after I called and explained it wasn’t working.. when I got my lawnmower back a second time..the choke cable was damaged badly and I was told that was my fault.. the cable was a new problem after

Never never again. They came and got our snow blower and lawn tractor...bother needed servicing. My husband told them to call him with a quote. They called and said there was a major issue with the snow blower but warranty should cover it and that 2 bearings were messed up with lawn tractor that would cost $200. After weeks and hearing nothing from them my husband calls to find out the status... first the warranty did not cover issue and would cost 375..and no the tractor was now $1100!!! How on earth did it go from 200 to 1100 with no explanation! My husband told him he wanted a call for pricing

I called them first to see if they would work on bobcat brand considering all I needed was two hoses replaced . He said yes bring it in, they were close to my house and smaller than Rockford of bobcat. So I figured I would give them my money. They never called me with a quote on repair, they never changed my oil like we talked about I want 10w30for the winter. Bob said that's what he would use never did it then charged me 622.00 when Rockford of bobcat quoted me 120.00 plus parts.very rude would not recommend. Also I own a small business my self so by nom means am ik trying to get out of paying

Never again. Barring the fact they had our tractor for a full month and the fact that they never called us for a quote of service, they stole money out of our account 3 weeks after we paid them what we were invoiced for. Bob always sounded as if he was being bothered when we would inquire about the status of our tractor.
They were paid over the phone, *in full* for the invoiced amount, the day they finally dropped our tractor off.
3 weeks later, after looking through our account transactions, we find $150 charge from B & K out of the clear blue sky.
