We purchased a brand new home from Tipler. All was going well until we requested warranty work. It took several months and much follow up to get the work completed and the repair work was not of great quality.
The biggest issue however, was when we had a major appliance break down shortly after the one-year warranty expiration. When we contacted the manufacturer, assuming it would be under warranty since the home was just over a year old, we found out that Tipler had installed an appliance that was 6 years old. Yes, a 6 year-old appliance in a brand new home. Hoping that Tipler would have enough

We had a room built and an ac unit installed. Soon after the build, we had to have Tipler tear out of a wall because of the leaking AC unit. Every 2 to 4 months, this terrible unit malfunctions in a different way. After weeks of trying to get them to inspect it (every time we call it takes weeks), instead of replacing the unit, Tipler just puts a bandaid on it. And every time they come out they promise that if they have to come out again, they will replace it. Still waiting. Don’t hire them.
