We had an exceptional experience with Brad and his team! Brad was responsive and wonderful to work with from the first point of contact. We were out of town when the home was staged, so the first look we had was when we received the professional photos. We couldn't believe that was our home! The photos were posted on MLS on Friday at 2:00pm, and we had our first offer at 6:00pm!
