We will prepare your home with inventory from our warehouse that includes furniture, plants, rugs, accessories and art to appeal to the greatest amount of potential buyers. Home staging is less than the cost of your first price reduction and will get your home more attention and sold quicker for top dollar!
The Soft Staging option is a light staging that gives enough pop to showcase features and enhance your online pictures. You approve the plan & budget-we'll take care of the rest. Soft Staging is a budget friendly alternative to home staging. It is a way to warm an empty home with accessories to help define the different spaces.
Occupied Staging is doing a complete walk around of your home and making a list together of what needs to happen to get your home picture perfect and ready for the market. We have a large group of vendors and can coordinate what you need. We can get you organized and restyle your home using your own furnishings or we can add some pieces from our inventory to give an updated clean look.
