Our practice treats all foot and ankle problems in infants, children, and adults. It is conveniently located in south Orange County in Ladera Ranch, CA across the street from Mission Hospital in MOB 1. Our physicians and supportive staff provide excellence in care and treatment of all foot and ankle disorders in infants, children, and adults.
Spencer is so patient. He fixed my Achilles tendon. It was ruptured and he was able to fix it six days after the injury. He answered all my questions and was always smiling and never seemed rushed. I highly recommend him for any foot ankle problems. He's so kind and was able to talk to me on phone after the surgery when I had any issues or concerns.

I had an excellent experience during my first visit here. Dr. Spencer was very patient and took his time to make sure he answered all of my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated the quality of care and level of attention he provided. Dr. Spencer also has a great team in the office. Everyone I met and spoke with was very kind and helpful. I’m so glad to have been referred to Southern California Foot and Ankle Specialists.

Today I visited Dr. Han Nguyen for an injury I had to my big toe. She was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable and she spent the time with me that I needed. I chose her carefully after she was referred by my physician. Her qualifications were impeccable. I was totally satisfied with the care that I received from Dr. Nguyen!

Getting an appointment was easy and showing up as a new patient required relatively little paperwork compared to some other medical offices. The front desk is efficient and friendly. My appointment with Dr. Nguyen went with minimal waits and my issue was examined and explained to me in an easy, understandable manner.

This was my third opinion for my feet the first place wanted to break all my toes in two places and reset them.
Went for second opinion and that dr. Wanted to break my ankle, I don’t have ankle problems. So I came to Dr . Spencer at Southern California foot and ankle specialist. He is doing a simple procedure not breaking anything his office is run like a well oiled machine! Love it, I made the right decision! Third time is a charm.💜

Dr. Spencer and his team are the best and most professional group I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Dr. Spencer is thoughtful, kind and has an excellent bedside manner. He performed surgery on my ankle and has been working with me during my recovery to try and get me back to 100%. He is caring and takes however much time he needs to explain things and answer questions. Jerry, Nicole, Courtney and Karen are all first class. Truly the best at what they do. Coudn't recommend them any higher-if I could give more stars I would.

Dr. Rodriguez's expertise in club foot treatment is top notch! When choosing a specialist you really have to make sure that person has extensive experience treating a wide range of patients. We love that she has experience treating "older" kids and not just infants with club foot. She is very personable and great with children. Definitely recommend her and worth the drive, even if you're far away!
