Kittell Clinic is unique in that it is a patient-centric clinic and employs the direct pay practice model versus the traditional method. In a direct pay clinic, payment is from the patient only; insurance is not filed. While we don't file insurance, we do provide patients with the necessary documentation to provide to their insurance companies should the patient decide to file for non-network benefits.

Kittell had been my doctor since 2011. I was a little worried when he moved from Barg Clinic, about the private pay instead of insurance, but after going I realized it's not more than a copay after submitting to insurance. Plus, his private practice is way better in terms of getting an appointment and having enough time with the Doc. This is a great doctor, I'm glad he moved, his staff is very efficient and kind and it's much more patient friendly.
