The Department of Transportation mandates that all drivers pass a physical examination at least once every 24 months. We are happy to provide drivers with official certification! This place is amazing! Best Doctor I've ever been to! You won't regret coming here!
As for the review complaining about scheduling an appointment maybe you should check his website, it's very easy to schedule. Even so, there is minimal if any wait for walk in's and he is great at multitasking patients!
Ample parking and easy to locate office is another plus!

I don't know how the service is because I can't get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment. I guess there is no office staff to answer the phone. I've called once on a Monday and again a few minutes ago. I found out he's closed on Mondays, but if anyone can comment on the best time to reach a live person, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have been going to Dr. Melvin for three years. He is always attentive and “bent on” fixing you (See what I did there?). He is incredible. He has many ways to achieve relieve for back and hip issues. Best of all, once you have your initial visit, you can walk-in anytime. He is priced right and better than those new “Joints”. You will love him. His office is a little dated because that shopping center is a little dated but the low over head translates to the best service for the best cost.

I have been with Dr. Melvin for quite sometime for just routine chiropractic care. However, last year I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. The pain was intense. I could not lift my arms higher than shoulder level, headaches were horrendous. Sleeping was impossible. Taking a shower or bath to wash my hair took acrobatic type moves, which I was incapable to make.
On my routine visit to try and get relief from some back pain, I tearfully told Dr. Mel my recent diagnosis. He then told me there was chiropractic treatment for fibro. He performed the first treatment then and there. I

Heard about this establishment from a family member. I woke up in terrible pain from my back being thrown out. They were very accommodating to get me in right away that morning and even gave me a small discount as a referral which was nice since I am a cash paying customer with no chiro insurance. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the place was a little dated. And for a chiropractic office their waiting area seats are terribly uncomfortable.
Once meeting the doctor I could tell he knew his stuff: he made sure to describe where my pain was coming from and asked exactly what was hurting. My care

Dr. Melvin is terrific. He is very patient-oriented. He listens, is thorough and really cares. He isn't pushy, his prices very reasonable and he doesn't make you commit to a package before you have even been treated! In fact, he doesn't have packages for chiropractic, but he doesn't need to because his prices are already affordable. 😊 He has a massage therapist on staff. The massage prices are the best I have heard of, and you can either pay by the visit, or choose from a couple of massage packages at a really good discount. But even the single visits are way less than any I know of. Because

I strongly recommend South Ontario Chiropractic in Ontario, CA for renewing your DL-51. I was able to make a same day appointment past 5:00 pm when most doctor's offices are already closed. They charge less for the exam than my Kaiser insurance. They had me in and out in less than 1 hour. From the receptionist to the doctor I received excellent customer care and the doctor took the time to explain important aspects of my health to me. I will never go to another doctor's office for my CDL medical exam renewal again. Thank you South Ontario Chiropractic.

I've seen chiropractors for many years and Dr. Melvin is the only one who has been able to adjust my neck where I've felt relief instead of more pain. His clinic is a walk-in clinic so there are times you may wait but it's been my experience to wait less than 30 minutes. I didn't think I'd like the walk-in instead of appointment style but it's been working out well. Plus he's adjusting me so well I can't imagine going anywhere else!!!

So far it's not looking good. Appt at 2p, arrived 10m early and it was closed. Waited in the rain with 3 kids under 4 (one is 2m old) until they arrived to open the doors at 2p. Been waiting 30m now inside (40 if you include the outside time), and still waiting. Not impressed. My 4y old has used up all their paper for drawing and now is getting impatient (as am I). There's nothing to do for them, no magazines even for adults. And when he asked for more paper (I just grabbed paper print outs from the desk), the receptionist shook her head at him. How rude.
