I've been dealing with him for over a year. I'm sorry I didn't write this sooner!! I'm very picky on who works on my bikes! but I must say John is a very good bike mechanic really know this stuff! Not afraid to go above and beyond and definitely not trying to break the bank!!! very friendly & personable!! And as long as I own bikes he'll be working on them!!

I just bought a Jamis step through bike from John at Pro Cycles. I love it! The service is exceptional and John bends over backwards to satisfy his customers. The prices are very fair and he will take your bike on consignment if it meets the standards to sell quickly. Mine did not so I took it home and a neighbor was happy to buy it! Everybody was happy!

John the owner is top notch. He took a 17+ year old Giant MTB with outdated Hydraulic brakes...and converted into regular cable brakes. This may seem like no big deal....but I have had this bike at 3 other shops before finding John....and not a single shop could/would help me. John had to call the factory, use spare parts and basically re-build the bike. Almost like having a brand-new MTB....and very affordable knowing how much time he had to spend on it.

This place is the best!! I had a tire that needed attention, so I called and talked to John. I explained my situation. We were coming to Stuart that morning from an hour away, and asked if he could repair my tire while we were in town. He said "no problem". It was repaired as promised! He is the best!! And the dog is awesome, as well!!

I drive past three other bike shops to go to ProCycles.
John is great. We've been taking my wife's bike in for repairs for the last few years. I finally decided to purchase a new bike. I needed something I could ride in a triathlon but also take out onto a mountain bike trail. John found me the perfect model. All I had to do was change the tires. He spent 30 minutes with me going over the best way to change them.
You can't beat his customer service. You'll always be treated with respect and he'll never take advantage of you.

Moved to Port St Lucie from Utah and my husband needed to get his bike tuned up and tires replaced so I looked for a bike repair shop on yelp and found Procycles!! What a great shop!! John is the best!! Very honest, knowledgeable and hard working man. He knows what he's talking about and will make suggestions to you for your biking experience. We will definitely go back to see John in the future for our biking needs!! Highly recommend!!

I've had a road bike for years, but have recently been looking for something more casual to just explore the neighborhood like I did as a kid. This was the first shop I went into, and John was great. He listened to what I was looking for (I couldn't explain it very well), and he had me ride a few bikes. He gave me websites of brands and models to explore and sent me on my way. Fantastic service and good prices. I appreciate the honest answers as I have brought 3 bikes in for repairs and tune ups. The owner is always at the shop and does his own work. He listens and gives honest feedback never trying to up sale as other shops do. I will continue to use Procycles and recommend them to everyone!

John is the best!!!! I have been going to him for over 10 year and countless bikes. Bike shops are like a mechanic and car dealer, one has to be careful, although, this is NOT THE CASE with Pro Cycles. John and all of his staff are honest to the T. This shop will NEVER over charge you or sell you what is not necessary for what you want. If what ever you need is not in stock john will do what ever he can to get what you need or the equivalent. Over 5 years ago I moved to Miami(one thing Miami is not lacking is bike shops) and still to this day for any major work I need or large purchases I

This is THE place to purchase a bike and accessories! John and his sister, Barbara (and the super sweet dog), offer exceptional customer service, quality products and bike expertise that is a rare find.
