Stacy "Dart" Daugherty is a native of Kansas City, MO and began his tattoo career here nearly 30 years ago. He has owned successful tattoo shops in three states and is proficient in all styles of tattoo art. He has a solid background in illustration, dating back to the 1980s.
He has done freelance work for Disney, Warner Brothers, Canon, Smith and Wesson, Sears, Koch Industries, King Features Entertainment, Universal Press Syndicate, and many others.He draws a regularly featured comic for CARtoons Magazine and continues to do freelance illustration from his home studio when he's not doing award-winning tattoos.

Simon has over 22+ years experience in Body Modification. He has served the Johnson county area for 20+ of those years. Not only is Simon a highly trained and skilled body piercer, he also is a Body Piercing trainer. From basic to advanced piercings including microdermals, and exotic piercings, you can rest assured that he has done thousands of body piercings and you will feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
Our shop minimum is $60 and our hourly rate is comparable to most other professional studios. We do not quote tattoo prices over the phone, as there are too many variables to give an accurate quote. The best way to get an accurate price is to stop in and talk with the tattooist of your choice. 16 years old is the youngest we will Tattoo with parents permission.

I got a conch piercing done Sunday the 12th. I was given an option of a ring or stud; I was told the healing would be the same and a ring wouldn’t cause issues. When I was cleaning it, I noticed I got what could only be explained as a cut on the back of my ear, from the needle. I did some digging and turns out, rings are also very bad for healing conch piercings since they aren’t protected by ear anatomy, the curve isn’t the best for the hole and gets hit on everything. Up until about Thursday, the piercing did great. It gradually got more sore, and swollen. I had to take it out. It is clearly

I’m extremely disappointed. I got my nose pierced by Simon and while he appeared very knowledgeable, I am finding out the hard way that he actually gave me some awful aftercare advice (told me to use dial soap which I have learned is actually too harsh) that I believe has led to an irritation bump. He also only had one type of stud (L shaped) which I also found out could be causing my issue because of how much it moves around. Was not warned of this at all. On top of that, he has not been helpful in resolving this awful looking piercing. So I will be going to another shop to get the jewelry replaced

I went to Simon for a septum piercing because he had great reviews and a ton of experience. I understand that septum piercings are considered one of the hardest, even for the most experienced, but the piercing I got was super crooked. I didn’t even notice until I got home because it was so off it looked like the jewelry itself was just crooked. He didn’t use a guide like the ones I’ve seen other piercers use for the septum, so one side was significantly lower and farther back than the other. I ended up going somewhere else to get it taken out the next day, and the piercer there said that

I got a nose piercing here. They were nice and professional. Place had a good atmosphere and was obviously well cleaned.
The piercing turned out really well. I don’t know if it’s luck or skill, probably a mix of both, but I have not had any pain with my nostril piercing. No swelling, no blood or crust. It’s been less than a week and while I know it’s not healed yet, it’s moving along quite smoothly.
Piercing placement was nice, actual process of piercing was quick and nearly painless, body jewelry included is surgical stainless steel.

Trinity is an amazing artist! My friend and I visited several shops looking for the right one a few weeks ago and when we walked in to Classic Tattoo, it was extremely clean, well organized, and inviting. Trinity greeted us as he was finishing up another tattoo. When he was done we consulted with him about what we wanted. He listened, got reference photos gave us quotes (right price range), and we decided to set an appointment. Fast forward to today for our appointment. We could not be more pleased with the result. Trinity's artistry is top notch. He is a great conversationalist and has great taste
