Effective drug, alcohol or mental health treatment requires a specialized recovery plan designed to tackle the specific type of issues that you or your loved one is struggling with. This is crucial because everyone's history and situation is unique. We treat the underlying issues and barriers in your personal life that are preventing you from living up to your maximum potential.
This is because untreated mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma can affect your life drastically. Our caring team of therapists utilize evidenced-based addiction and mental health treatments to help our clients identify the root causes of their addiction, alcoholism, or mental health issues.

Services
Holistic care, as well as natural methods of treatment for addiction, is an important part of the addiction treatment philosophy of Connecticut Center for Recovery. When the patient begins treatment with us, their needs are examined and a system is set in place so that the best services can be provided in a manner that will benefit the patient as well as the person's family.
Alcohol abuse is a common problem because of the easy access and low cost of obtaining this substance. At Connecticut Recovery Center, our supportive staff provides encouragement and practical assistance for individuals struggling with substance abuse. Many individuals who struggle with mental illness can benefit greatly from group and individual therapy.
Connecticut Center for Recovery offers a Day Treatment Program where patients can receive clinical and medical care. Partial day treatment programs allow a person to receive therapy during the day. Clients are able to live at home or in a local structured sober living. This level of care breaks up the day so clients do not experience a locked-down feel in our exclusive mental health and addiction facility.
Connecticut Recovery Center offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where patients can receive clinical therapy for up to 3 hours per day. Most often, clients who have completed our Day Treatment Program will step down to our IOP. As a result, patients are able to continue building on their foundation of recovery.
Alcohol and drug abuse is a serious problem, and solving it often requires medical intervention. Each person dealing with addiction faces a different set of conditions that contributed to the problem. This is why a personalized approach is necessary for an effective treatment plan to work. We offer services that are holistic and individualized for Connecticut addiction treatment.

If i could give no stars for CCR i absolutely would. There are treatment centers that genuinely care and there are others that are just in it for the money. Prior to me going to this facility which my family found they were lied to just to get me in the door. Mike Sanchez swore up and down if i did not stay the whole time they would be refunded the difference. I did 11 days there and left because they treat you like a 10 year old micro manage you and worst of all they buy enough food for a small family...not 10 grown men! By the weekend i was eating potatoes and cereal? I paid out of pocket which

CCR was unbelievably welcoming and rewarding. I stayed for 38 days and couldn’t ask for more. The facilities are clean and the staff was extraordinary. The clinicians were first class and the moments of clarity were profound. I highly recommend this organization for any mental health, addiction or substance abuse issues and I will remain an advocate for life.

Connecticut Center for Recovery literally saved my life. The staff truly care about the clients in which they serve and to me that means and says a lot. I was able to learn a lot about myself due to the multiple groups and the camaraderie that I experienced with the other clients. Thank you so much for being who you are and for doing what you do and for showing me that my own LIFE has purpose and meaning. I would highly recommend this to anyone no matter where they are in this country.

CCR does seriously incredible work. I was thoroughly impressed by Staff and Faculty, they really care about you and your individual recovery. They’ve given me all the tools I need to pursue my lifelong journey in recovery outside and have motivated me and taught me how to love myself. I highly recommend them if you struggle with substance abuse and mental health. Thanks CCR.
