Services
What deposits are required? A non-refundable security deposit is required and can be anywhere from $200 to a full month's rent. Are any utilities included in rent? No utilities are included in your rent amount, but all of your utilities are paid with your rent. The only thing you have to set up separately is your electric account!

Was not a good experience for my family. The air went out three times during the two years we lived here. Someone ran into the gate, the gate stayed broken for seven months. We reserved the clubhouse and pool for my daughters birthday in June. However, The pool water was green, asst property mngr told us that the filter they had for the pool could not service a pool that size. Then last but not least!!!!!!! They have apartments on the premises that have been contracted out to transitional facilities. They do not let you know that prior to signing your lease!!!!

It’s been a year & I just renewed my lease. I have No complaints other than the garbage and limited parking issues (wish they had decal parking). My apartment is spacious & well kept. Maintenance & office staff responds promptly to any questions & concerns. I don’t have to worry when getting packages delivered because they sign for & hold on to your packages in the office for 7 days. The amenities are well kept. I would recommend to friends & family.

For the most part everyone in the office works together to keep the property clean and handle any questions or concerns. The other day my daughter accidentally threw my keys in the garbage disposal I went to the office and immediately they came out to assist me. Melissa Clark hop in the GARAGE DISPOSAL to retrieve my keys without hesitation!! Everyone is always helpful and I mean everyone even the maintenance crew !!

Marissa and Shelby are among the all stars working at The Trellis. There were a few hiccups with some maintenance related stuff, however they took care of it quickly and we are very satisfied with our 2 bedroom apartment. This place is beautiful, and I love our view of both ponds. The screened in porch is perfect for sitting and relaxing, the dog park is nearby for our new puppy, and there are so many closets! Overall, we are extremely happy tenants! :)

Trellis is a great place to live, just moved in a few months ago and all was smooth. About a week into December our water heater went out and it took maintenance a few days before they actually took a decent look at the water heater. I was told it was temporarily fixed but it would keep tripping the breaker until the part arrived by Friday if not by Monday the latest. Almost 2 weeks now without hot water ( which I believe to be a necessity) and maintenance hasn’t received the part needed nor do they know when they will and unfortunately for us no accommodations can be made financially for this

I’ve lived here for about 8 months and I’ve had a pleasant experience overall. We had a preference on which floor we lived on and they had no issues accommodating. I enjoy access to the gym, and pool. It’s also a gated community, the apartments are nice & personally I’ve had no issues with maintenance. Anytime I have an issue the ladies in the leasing office are always willing to help and get things figured out. I would recommend trellis apartments

Apartments are very beautiful , super roomy. Great place to call home been living out here going on 2 years and plan to make it more. Location is very convenient. Love the fact that it’s a gated community. No problems with other tenants or neighbors. Maintenance and leasing staff are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Decent living experience, the apartments are very nice. Good luck getting a security deposit back however. I moved out 4 months ago, called 2 months later and got an amount that was "going out in the next round of checks." After waiting a couple weeks I started calling and leaving messages with no response, which was not a problem when I was a resident. In the 4th month I drove back there, they confirmed the same amount I was told previously, and said the check had been mailed. She was going to email her person in the office and copy me on the responses. Here we are again 2 weeks later
