Absolutely amazing customer service! In fear that my white coat would not arrive in time for my white coat ceremony, the employees of McGills Inc did EVERYTHING in their power to assure I would not be empty handed. Thankfully my package arrived in time, but I cannot thank them or recommend them enough for their kindness and customer service!!

McGills Inc is great to work with!! We order 1,000s of embroidered lab coats each year and they are so responsive with placing our orders and responding to inquiries. (Should out to Melissa's for her awesome customer service).
I am writing to call out that this level of service hasn't stopped during COVID! They worked with us to ensure that coats were delivered to all of our students who normally would get it when they come to campus. While we can have a special event for them on-campus, McGills Inc is ensuring they still get their white coats to celebrate their accomplishments!

My son needed scrubs for med school, none if the other uniform stores had them in his size nor short lab coats for men. This was our last stop and not only did they have some in stock they also ordered an additional pair and we got them in less than a week! Great customer service!!! Highly recommend!

Superb experience!! I called to order school scrubs and stressed the urgency of the order hoping to get them in one week. They bent over backwards, making special trips, to get my order in the next day!! Great customer service. I would very highly recommend McGill's for scrubs and accessories, even for non-scholastic needs.
