I have been a customer for many years, and was very happy with the service under the previous owner. Since the change of ownership, the quality has dropped significantly. After my last visit, all garments had strong chemical smell, and had to be aerated outdoors for a few days before they could be worn. They were not thoroughly cleaned either. Very disappointed, and now have to look for a new cleaner.

Worst dry cleaning experience. My silk dress is ruined after sending it for cleaning with the shop. It is a hand-tailored dress made for my wedding, and has been only worn 2 times in my life. The dress shrank, the smooth silk pattern is replaced by wavy lines (see photos), and the silk threads were all coming loose from the machine rubbing against the dress (see photos). Needless to say, the dress holds a special place in our hearts and it was devastating to see it damaged.

I've been to this shop many times, both for dry-cleaning and laundry services and have never been disappointed. Their shirt laundry is nice: properly hung on the plastic hanger, plastic collar protector. Customer service is always very nice. But I'll miss this place because their price is expensive. The price for shirt laundry is actually higher than dry-cleaning in most other places. If I could afford it this could be the place.

I love this place:1. It's environmental friendly. 2. Their service is prompt, they always finish the job by the time they promise 3. If you point to the stains you want cleaned they will do the job. I learned it is better to point the stains out to them. 4. They will not take clothes that they know there is a potential for them to be harmed in the process of cleaning (color blending, material incompatibility etc) 5. Never had an allergy from wearing clothes after being cleaned by them 6. The ironing is perfect 7. Never lost an item I brought there (I've been their steady client for 5 years now
