Friendly, to the point and listens to your needs. I've been to other Chiropractors and have never received the service that I get from Dr DeFries. This is my first visit with Dr. DeFries, came in with a painful shoulder from a bad neck and bad posture, he worked on different areas leading to the pain.

My first experience with back issues, I visited Dr DeFries. In the beginning he was nice but then he started talking politics and his political bias with his favorite party. He was trying to be funny and engaging with a wrong topic with a patient like me. I wonder a grown up professional like him doesn't know to avoid politics with patience?
His service was okay, he tried selling me Laser Therapy on first visit and mentioned that it comes with a pack of 5 visits for $250 or something. But my insurance doesn't cover the cost so I need to pay from my own pocket. What a shame... these practitioners

Dr. DeFries is attentive to details and will take the time needed to thoroughly assess your condition(s). I am content with the services provided by Dr. DeFries, and I high recommend him. I am a retired chiropractor, so I have been to a lot of chiropractors, and Dr. DeFries is simply the best! He is very knowledgeable, and he is enthusiastic about chiropractic! The first time I went to him I had neck pain and he was very gentle, yet he gave me a very effective adjustment. The pain was soon gone, and I have continued to be adjusted by Dr. DeFries for maintenance care. He is friendly and professional and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. DeFries!

As a patient for over 15 years, I highly recommend Dr. DeFries! He's personable, respectful and most importantly, very good at what he does. Dr. DeFries always takes his time to explain what is going on and his thoughts of his treatment plan. He isn't the type of chiropractor that does the same treatment for every patient that walks in his office. He knows each patient is different. Dr. D actually cares about his clients and continues to educate himself on new ways to help his patients.

Dr Defries is the best! Since transitioning to virtual work, my at home ergonomics were not ideal and I started suffering from back and neck pain. Doc got me feeling better and now I see him regularly to keep my body healthy. In addition, I was unaware of the importance my alignment had on my overall quality of life. From seasonal allergies to sleep, he makes me feel my best and I highly recommend!

I drive from South Philadelphia to see Dr. Dave. The office is spotless. He makes you feel very comfortable. He listens to what you have to say. Then he takes the time to explain everything in detail from your evaluation right thru to your treatment. I’ve been to others but he is the best. I leave his office feeling like new.
