Rozmaryn, Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is a fragrant perennial herb native to the Mediterranean. The name comes from Latin ros-marinum "dew of the sea". It is a symbol of friendship and remembrance. It is also used during wedding ceremonies as a symbol of love and faith. Tradition has it that rosemary enhances memory, has calming effects and stimulates hair growth.

Visited Rozmaryn today with my family for a "safe outdoor lunch" and it was a pleasant surprise. It didn't look like a restaurant from the outside as it was very understated with just some signage saying that it's a Polish restaurant offering perogies and other items. But once you walk thru the door on the left it opens up to what used to be the main dinning room pre-covid. The nice and friendly (and masked, but I could tell her smiling at us) hostess greeted our party of 5 quickly and led us to the back where situated the outdoor patio. It is a nice relaxing secluded outdoor location with an umbrella

Our family and friends were in town for an event and looking for a Polish restaurant to visit as a small group on the weekend. We were so fortunate to find Rozmaryn!
We ended up reserving the table near the front of the restaurant, which was perfect. The food was so warm and welcoming--just like my grandmother used to make. We brought some Polish beers from across the street. Service was wonderful; our server was proactive and considerate, even though they were short on staff that day.
I'm so sad that I don't pass through town more often! Am hoping to make plans to return someday.

Don't be fooled by outside one of the best dinners I have had in a long time very eastern European, brought back great memories of my Grandma and when we had Christmas Eve dinners. There where 3 of us and all agreed to be back once a week. Please give it a try and to veggie eater this a place for you most dishes are veg. Can't wait till I can get more potato pakes and stuff cabbage in me. By the way it's all homemade 😋😋😋😋😁😁😋😊😋 and very reasonable.
