Jeff is the ultimate designer, communicator, and installer with a great team. They designed custom hand rails after meeting me, taking measurements, providing a detailed engineered drawing and fabricated everything in their shop except the powder coating.
My neighbors and friends have commented how perfect the hand rails look and I am so happy to be able to easily use the front stairs without a fear of falling.

My husband and I have owned our home for 30 years, we plan to age in place here as this will be our forever home. We have been making some changes to the house to make this possible.
One of the issues we were having was there were no rails on our three porches. The porches are short concrete steps with one or two risers each. The front porch in particular is very small.
We contacted several companies to get a quote for fabrication and installation of railings. Some called back, but didn't follow through. One company was able to install rails but did not fabricate metal rails.

Jeff and the Thiessen Design team are true professionals. Knowing Jeff for close to 30 years I have seen his skill, talent, hard-work and most importantly integrity shine on countless projects.
Over the years I am continually impresses with his creativity and execution. There is not a time I have walked into his shop or onto a trade show floor he exhibits at that I am not stopped in my tracks by something impressive.
Recently I had a family member ask for a trusted reference to help develop a metal design and prototyping project for a proprietary invention and Jeff topped the list by far.
