Our focus is on meeting the unique needs of the patient and family. Our complete effort is to deliver quality care in the most cost-effective manner. We are on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Because we realize the patient apprehension often involved, we will meet with the patient and family members prior to hospital or nursing home discharge explaining their physician's orders.

When I returned home after a stay in the hospital for a very serious operation, I needed more help then my family could give me. My daughter contacted Home Choice Health Care and arranged for home health aides for a few weeks. This was the best decision. Sherry and Angel were the aides who came and they were both wonderful. They helped me in and out of bed, bathing or sponge bath, laundry, making lunch and organizing my equipment for my ostomy among other things. They were also good company for me. I would recommend this agency to anyone who needs home health care.

Our father was suddenly hit out of the blue with early onset dementia. After being admitted to the hospital for various testing it was determined he could no longer be left alone. My sister & I had no idea what we were going to do so suddenly. We turned to Home Choice to learn what our options were. Margie met with me at my home & explained what our options were. She was so compassionate & caring about what we were all the sudden going through. She calmed me down & put my mind at ease. We set up our first week schedule & got the ball rolling. My family was at their wits end. My mother needed a full time care giver. One that could understand her French accent and also did not mind an aged cat. Margie and Christy were a perfect match. They spent time interviewing my mom and looking over our needs. They found some perfect matches and it worked out well for all involved. They were always there and helpful. I could not recommend an agency more that shared the same caring needs that we wanted for my mother.

Home Choice has many qualified loyal caring people to assist when caregiving is needed for your loved ones. I needed to have assistance when caring for my parents prior to their passing. They worked with my schedule and were flexible. I recommend them highly, especially during an emotional time in lives of the aging.

Home Choice Health Care Services is an exceptional caregiving company. They are able to screen and employ wonderful caregivers who bring lots of personality to the client. My mother experienced so many good people - caregivers who took great care of her, made her laugh, made nutritious meals, kept her physically moving and social. They oversaw therapy sessions and medicine management. They have nurses who come to the home for ongoing evaluation and even medicine management if needed. My calls were always returned promptly 24/7, I was alerted to possible problems, and they often helped solve some

I interviewed several agencies to assist my 81 year old mother and decided to go with Home Choice Health. It was not an economical decision as there were 2 other agencies that were a few dollars cheaper. It was a decision based on a gut instinct when I first met the supervising nurse. They were understanding of my mothers needs. They were able to alleviate our family's concern regarding a home companion by providing an experienced employee who was both compassionate and capable to provide the services my mother required.
