Home health services help adults, seniors, and pediatric clients who are recovering after a hospital or facility stay, or need additional support to remain safely at home and avoid unnecessary hospitalization. These medicare-certified services may include short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and assistive home health care.
MedCare Health Management Corp (MedCare HMC) is a Medicare certified and accredited Better Business Bureau skilled nursing agency servicing the Chicagoland area. We have a long history in partnering with Independent and Assisted living communities along with communities that have a Memory Care Program(s) and/or Alzheimer's Special Care Unit(s).

My elderly Aunts needed Occupational therapy, Physical therapy and nursing. Once the orders were written by the doctor, Medcare took care of everything! I cannot say enough about how wonderful all the therapists an nurses have been. My Aunts, who are not easy to please, loved and respected everyone from Medcare who worked with them. Many thanks to Kim, Debbie, Katie and Arnie. They all made a personal connection with my Aunts which was so valuable in their recovery. Excellent company to work with!
