In 1992 CRB was incorporated in Florida to provide high quality environmental consulting services. CRB's dedication to clients grew out of years of experience with other firms, and CRB began providing consulting services in Miami as a private partnership. CRB opened an office in Boston, MA in 1993, and in Greenville, SC in 1998.

CRB's team of expert consultants provides comprehensive services for site assessment for all market segments. From the pre-purchase due diligence Phase I to a comprehensive site assessment, CRB is committed to carrying out assessments effectively while keeping our clients' best interests in mind. A Phase I is performed as a pre-purchase due diligence practice.

Air permitting can be a complex process, and CRB provides detailed support for state and federal Air Construction and Operating Permit Applications. CRB personnel review facility operations, compile all necessary information, and prepare and submit the application to the appropriate agency.

In the initial stages of the permitting process, CRB evaluates several factors including emission controls, emission offsets, qualifying exemptions and rule applicability.The provisions associated with PSD establish specific construction & operating permit requirements. CRB evaluates PSD applicability, then prepares and submits the permit application.

Aquifer analysis and groundwater modeling are key areas of CRB's expertise. Our team has extensive experience in determining aquifer characteristics for drainage and remedial designs. This experience gives us the ability to incorporate site-specific geologic variables into the design of remediation systems.

Molds are ubiquitous in nature but can be detrimental when they grow indoors. Controlling mold growth is an important factor in maintaining healthy indoor air quality. When mold grows on the interior of a building envelope, spores and biological vapors from some molds can cause health reactions in certain people.
