Services
Learn the fundamentals of ballet; pli, tendu, relev. Build a strong foundation that will increase strength and stamina, promote good posture, and enhance your overall well-being. Ballet compliments all other physical activities. Continue and enhance the fundamentals of ballet standing side to the barre.
Enhance your techniques and love for ballet, jazz, contemporary or hip hop when you work one on one. Private lessons benefit a wide range of students who may be preparing for college auditions, competitions, high school activities, intensive programs, etc. We also work with all athletes, theater majors and those who just love the one-on-one class time.
This jazz class is for all levels, promoting all styles, focusing on isolations, energy, stylistic expression and syncopation. You'll work on turns, kicks and leaps, with choreographed exercises for center floor and across the floor, to modern music. This class is very stylistic and truly feels like you're dancing from start to finish.
Start young at the beginning learning posture, how to stretch feet and muscles while coordinating movements all while having fun. They will learn 1 basic position, a few exercises and jumps. Each class will provide time for dancing and we encourage you to provide a tutu (girls) or vest (boys) for that special time.
