Can I learn to dance? Dancing becomes easy and fun the moment you begin dance lessons with one of our friendly Arthur Murray experts. Hundreds of thousands have already learned to dance the Arthur Murray way. You do not need to bring a partner to learn and enjoy dancing in any of our studios. Will it take long?
The instructors at this studio are excellent. They really take time in teaching the steps and explain it in such a way that it makes sense and is easy to follow. If you forget a combination, they cheerfully repeat it or watch to see what the problem is. Ballroom dancing is really fun and great exercise.

This "mother of all dances" originated in Italy in the 1600's as a round dance called the Volte. It arrived in America in the early 1800's and was the first social dance in which a woman was actually held in a man's arms. Learning to Waltz is elegant. The Waltz develops "graceful movement" and "poise".

My fiancè and I began taking classes at Arthur Murray to feel comfortable for our wedding and the entire experience has completely exceeded our expectations! Between our private lessons with Aaron (who is amazing!) and the group lessons/parties each week, we have enjoyed every bit of it. All of the instructors and the owner, Dave, are experienced, professional, and extremely welcoming. Even after our wedding, we are planning to stay dancing at Arthur Murray because of how much fun we are having! :)

Don't miss the Monday Dance Parties, they allow you to build your confidence. The most fun we have every week is at Arthur Murray Downtown.

You will feel like the family the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave for your next lesson. I get text reminders of my lessons and of group classes so I never forget! They always have something going on for dancers of all levels. Before Arthur Murray I would have never gone out social dancing and now I take advantage of each chance i get! My fiance and I are taking dance lessons at Arthur Murray for our first dance. The staff is fantastic, especially Jonathan who is our instructor. He knows how to work with our individual learning styles and makes every session a great time. Going to Arthur Murray is one of the best investments we've ever made!

My daughter and I took dance lessons at Arthur Murray in Pittsburgh. They were incredible, taking a father who could not dance to save his soul, and making him a father who his daughter could be proud of. I would highly recommend Arthur Murray, and encourage others to take some lessons, particularly any future fathers of the bride.

My fiance and I started taking dance this winter to prepare for our wedding. I didn't know what to expect at first, or if it was something we'd even enjoy. I can say now that signing up for the package was a great choice! They offer free group classes to anyone who signs up for a package and you can go as much as you want! The teachers are all very… talented, fun, and PATIENT. We've enjoyed taking lessons from each of them to see their different techniques and I've really enjoyed this. Michelle is also a wonderful manager and very accommodating to any schedule.
