Clearly Centered Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy used to create subconscious change in a patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors or feelings. It is undertaken with the client in hypnosis. Since 1958, hypnotherapy has been recognized as a valid form of medical therapywithin the United States.

The field has expanded and grown, with new techniques and tools being added all the time. All hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis. No one enters. Hypnosis is a natural state that you visit daily on your way to sleep, and during other activities, like reading or watching television. While hypnotized, your nervous system is in a state of complete relaxation.

If that is how you feel, please know that you are not alone. Indeed, this is the main reason people seek out a mental health professional.
Many people suffer from pain, finding little or no relief from pain medications. Some aspects of pain are mental - and no, that doesn't mean it's "all in your head." What it does mean is that through the use of your powerful subconscious, you can have more control over your discomfort than you may have believed possible.
