I just want to share that I’ve been calm new express recycling for about six months now and when I got a blowout tire on my truck they offered to help me they fixed my Truck for me to make sure I got back out on the road I want to trash no other scrapyard besides this one and I just want to say thank you to everybody there that help me out and everybody that works there

Overall the worst experience in my life. The employees are always very rude and do not help you one bit. If you want nails, staples, sharp pieces of metal stuck in you're tires each time go to recycle express. Very unorganized and shady business. The pathways are always covered in nails and broken glass the entire way to get to where you need to dump you're metal. I would not go here or recommend unless you want nails in you're tires and end up paying for new ones every time. Been personally going here for over twelve years and they refuse to clean there paths it's very unsafe and unprofessional

The time is not entirely accurate. They actually stop letting people in at 10 till 5pm. So I'd be sure and be there by 4:30 so you have time to unload. If you have to scale and drop off inside and 4:50pm. rolls around and you've only been about to do one or the other they'll have you come back. This has happened to me twice.

Very small area for the volume of traffic. No instructions or phone number posted. Pull on scale, get out, go to the left(on foot) at the scale/shipping & receiving windowaa, talk to the sweet young lady, or pull off as I did and get cursed at and threatened by James(yard guy) because another of their employees gave wrong inbound directions, after trying your best to be nice and apologize
