After the Presidents Day freeze I understand a lot of homes were damaged and a lot of folks needed help. I was put on a "list" and I was told I would have to wait for 10 days before they could help. Two weeks later I had to call and ask what my status was. The office manager, Amanda, told me it would be a bit longer. Weeks and weeks go by with no communication and I have to call again for information. Amanda said basically, "oops" on the lack of communication and too bad we can't help you for a few months now. That's my experience.

Finding mold in your home is never something a homeowner wants to find, but we did. UWRG was recommended to us to help remediate it and I am so incredibly thankful for them. From the quick responses and guidance from Kathryn in the beginning to Scott and his entire team - we had nothing but positive experiences. We relied on Scott not only for his experience but also recommendations on the repairs and tradesmen. I highly recommend them and while I hope we are never faced with this situation again, I know exactly who I will call if we are!
