Unfortunately after waiting for my appointment for over a month, the business canceled the night before due to an emergency. Understand that these things happen, however, I was told they would try and work me back in ASAP. I have followed up twice to the offer to be rescheduled, but it still has not happened. Last minute cancellations with this type of appointment are really difficult to accommodate as there are so many things you cannot do in the weeks pre/post procedure that requires moving around your schedule to accommodate. Buyer Beware!!!! I spoke with Justin about the class information and it was not communicated to me regarding the fact that you would NOT be able to do any of the course work. He charged me 500 for nothing. Immediately after purchasing I advised that the work could not even me done without the kit. I said this is not a way to learn the material. He offered to discount the course again, but I said no thank you. This is not the optimal way to learn. They take your money and run. Who charges someone 500 for NOTHING. I was beyond nervous/scared about this process when I started looking into Microblading. I was recommended to go to a different person/office and without realizing it, I sent a message asking for information to Sassy Wink. To my pleasant surprise the owner herself stayed in contact with me for weeks. I am seeing a couple of bad reviews and I have noticed that the same person is leaving similar bad reviews for other businesses. I suspect these are fake reviews coming from one company in Ahwatukee, meant to slander their competition. Be sure to do your own homework before selecting a lash or microblading technician. I have been going to Amber for years now. I had the wimpiest lashes but Amber works her magic and they are lush, fluffy and natural looking. No spidery lashes for me! No need for eyeliner or mascara and my lashes remain strong and healthy because she doesn't weigh them down with more

I had followed a few microblading technician's work throughout the valley for about a year before finding Amber. I'm so glad did! Amber hands down is the best there is out there. Not only is Amber a licensed esthetician, she is also the founder of NEESA, an organization that sets the industry standard in lash application, care and certification. Amber is INCREDIBLE! She is very talented with lash extensions and giving the look that the client wants. Finally! Someone in the valley who is able to give me natural looking lashes instead of super long, thick spidery looking things. Amber aims to please. It took a couple of tries since most people usually don't ask for natural when doing this, but she was able to work with me to achieve the look that I wanted. No one has ever asked me if I have lash extensions on. They look THAT good!

I decided to invest in lashes again, because I heard Amber was different. I have had severe allergic reactions to lashes in the past. I am so glad I tried Amber. She is by far the Best!
