Founder, David Arrona (a local to San Luis Obispo) has been a top producer in the mortgage industry for over 10 years. After starting his lending career at Mortgage One, in 2006 he established Arrona Financial on Osos Street in downtown San Luis Obispo. Fast forward to 2010, Arrona Financial now calls 599 Higuera Street Suite F home.
Non-QM or Non-Qualified mortgage loans can simply be summarized as home mortgage loans that do not fit into the standard conventional and government type loan programs. These are loan programs that offer more flexibility to the self employed and to those situations that are more complex than the standard loan offerings can handle.

We were referred to David by some close friends. He was so amazing to work with in our refinance. The turn around time for questions, documents and suggestions were immediate. At the beginning of our refinance he took time to put together three very informative spreadsheets with a video explanation to help us choose what loan option would be best for our family. I have worked with David Arrona several times, both for refinancing and for purchasing a home. David Arrona has been by far the most professional mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many properties and re-financed many properties over the years and he stands out head and shoulders above the rest. He sends an easy-to-read spreadsheet with the financing options plus a video of himself going through the spreadsheet and explaining it. You can also do "what ifs" if you have worked with spreadsheets before. If not, he will guide you through the process in the least intrusive way. I highly recommend him and will send my friends to him. Great job David.
