I took my car in for hail damage, and they gave my car back with deep scratches on all 4 sides of my car. They told me "a dog must have done it."

I went to Bolyards to get an estimate for repairs of hit and Run damage inflicted on our Mercury Milan.
We delt directly with the owner of this shop that has been in business locally in Lafayette for over 50 years.
He quickly provided a clear estimate of the repair cost while my wife was inside talking to his sister about how different things are now compared to when they were in high school in Lafayette 50+ years ago. 🙂

Rick at Bolyard's Collision is the best! My truck came in with substantial damage and required new pieces being welded in place as well as new door and fender etc. The truck looks just like it was the minute before the accident! They even went the extra mile and tracked down the correct mudflaps that were crazy hard to find! I wont take my vehicle anywhere else!

Unprofessional and unreliable. Go somewhere else for auto body work. We took our Toyota in to get the front bumper replaced. They said it would take 2 days. It's been 5 days and we're still waiting for it. They're great at making excuses but terrible at completing the work that needs to be done. We were planning on taking a family vacation with the vehicle starting several days after the originally scheduled completion date. But the shop's total incompetence prevented us from leaving, wasting days of our prearranged vacation time. Bolyard's Collision is absolutely worthless - thanks for nothing

Rick Bolyard gave me an estimate to fix my Subaru's rear fender that was below all of the other local places. He did an excellent job with the fix - it looks brand new and I was charged the estimated cost, not higher. I will definitely choose Bolyards Collision again if the need arises. I took my car into Bolyard's to get the front end patched up. I took it in just as they were closing and still was able to get an estimate. Because I work during their operating hours, they were great about keeping in contact over the phone. I called them to ask if they could order the parts, they did and two days later I was able to get the car in. I dropped it off the night before and explained I needed it to get to and from work so I could only leave it a day. They had it done in a day at the exact price they quoted. Amazing! I don't even know where to start. I have taken my car to Bolyard's 3 times since 2005 (you can tell I am not a great driver) and every single time the result and service have been more than outstanding.
They are extremely honest and pay great attention to detail. They are fast and very professional. I went to them even when my insurance (progressive) didn't have them on the list. They made it work and my insurance payed its part. I didn't even know I could take my car wherever I wanted to!
