Great customer service! I had a question regarding some parts that I ordered and when I called the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations! We live up in Ny and we have used these guys several times finding parts for an older jinma 304 that we purchased years back from a friend. These guys take customer service to the next level, always very knowledgeable and patient with our questions and helped us find hard to find parts on the fly. Great company to deal with!

We own a Farmpro tractor, an older one. We needed a new radiator so my husband called Affordable Tractor to see if they had or could get one. My husband gave them the make, model and year. When the radiator arrived it was the wrong one but my husband admitted he was at fault because he had given the store the wrong engine number. We returned it at our expense. After talking more with Chris, the one we dealt with the entire time, he said he could send the right one out as soon as they received the other one. About two weeks later the radiator arrived.
