These guys came and completely saved my trees. I was out of town for several months for work and came home to a wreck of a yard. My trees were filled with dead and broken branches and I truly thought they wouldn’t be saved. Mike had his guys come out and they were very knowledgeable and thorough. I have their contact saved for all future tree care.

I was very pleased with the service I received from certified trees after trying for over a month to get my trees trimmed by other companies there were continuous no shows. When I contacted Certified trees they came out right away for an estimate and scheduled the job. Mike was very informative about what my trees needed for the best results. The crew were on time and courteous to both myself and my husband. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all future needs.

We had certified trees out Mike came out we’re from out of state we didn’t know much about the climate he helped us so much from our irrigation being properly watered on our trees we had some sick trees that we were unaware of they treated them trim the trees just was a pleasant experience all around I’m glad we got to meet him being moving here from somewhere else. His crew was very professional they had uniforms on they all speak spoke English they walked the yard with me when they were done cleaned up very well it was just a great experience

**PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW** Abysmal customer service!!! Had used them in the past and was satisfied because it was a big job with a hefty price tag...however...I guess when the project doesn't have a high enough $$ price tag for them...they are not interested. Called Mike out but had to pay $125 up front for him to tell us what we already knew...our neighbour's sprinkler system was leaking through the retaining wall between our 2 properties...this was on 5/10/2021. Mike called 2 days later and said they were backed up...could we give him 5-7 days and we'll get it scheduled. Heard

As we always do we found this company on the Better Business Bureau. Moving here from Colorado we knew nothing about the climate. We are dealt with an arborist in Colorado so we knew we wanted to have one here. The owner mike came out and gave us a great education on all the different desert plants and trees . From the time we got the estimate to the crew coming out it was a very pleasant experience and very knowledgeable and very helpful. It’s been two weeks since we were completed this project and already our plants and trees are looking a lot better from the organic injections that Mike has

They did a great sales job, did a great job trimming our maple but that's where it stops! They worked on the irrigation and the tips keep blowing off. They came out one time and we still have the problem. Now they don't return calls. We asked the owner, Mike, to call back but I guess after he makes the sale he is too busy to return calls. My husband is in his mid 70s and it outside fixing all of the issues in the heat. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Not happy with Certified Tree, we originally called them out to look at a Orange and Grapefruit tree that needed some attention. We were then approached by Dan who sold us on landscaping the back yard along with saying he would do injections and trim our fruit trees to get them back in shape. A few weeks later he presented us with landscaping plans to take out the old rocks and plants and replace at a cost of $7500.00. I felt this was a little high but trusted him. It has been an ongoing battle to get them to provide quality service. They were not sending out quality workers or plants.

Very unhappy with this company. They came out to trim about 10 trees on the property. The quote was high but I thought because he is a "certified arborist" it's probably worth it. They were going to thin out the big trees so we didn't lose any in a wind storm. 2 days after they finished, we lost a huge branch in the front yard (no wind storm), it just snapped off. When my wife called him to come back and cut it up, he gave her a hard time. I called him and he said he would come back. We've never heard from him again.

I spoke with Mike who is a certified arborist and he was so patient and knowledgeable. He was not quick to sell me the larger 48" box tree because he knows that the 36" box trees tends to be healthier. I was fully prepare to buy two larger trees and obviously he would make more money on them but he wanted to make sure that I got quality trees and service. This is why he has been in business so long and has great reviews.
