This tree service was used by our city to trim palm trees along our streets. I watched 3 different bucket trucks trim different trees and they were all done with perfection, the operators were experienced with chainsaw trimming. The clean up crew left it cleaner than before the trimming started and they were amazingly quick. This is a great tree service!

They arrived on time on a Monday morning at 7 am sharp. They handled the palm trees in a meeting methodical manner. I appreciate that they cleaned up and did their job with care.

Wanted to recognize this company with Ignacio Lopez and Marcellino on their professionalism and quality of tree trimming which was excellent. They really knew what they were doing and was non stop when trimming our parkway tree and clean-up with other team members. Our tree looks outstanding with the trimming job and I thank them for a job well done!!!!

This morning this company parked a full sized roll-off dumpster completely blocking our driveway for over an hour while they were doing tree service. When my wife needed to get out of our driveway for work she asked one of the crew who laughed snarkily her with an unapologetic condescending tone. It took calling the police, parking enforcement and WCA to have the truck moved. No apologies for the inconvenience. Don't hire these unprofessional clowns.

I had left a review regarding Wallace Birch, the recycling coordinator. My review was not as fair or accurate as it should have been. Wallace personally came to see me to see if he could provide some assistance. He was professional and polite. I explained to Wallace that I was trying to reach out to him to possibly open another wood yard in the Antelope Valley using my 7 acre property to facilitate. Thank you Wallace for coming out to palmdale to see me. I hope there is a possibility to get a business relationship with WCA in the near future.

The city of HB hired West Coast Arborists in May 2020, and they did a phenomenal job in our neighborhood. Every tree was trimmed and cleaned and cleaned up after. The workers, from trimmers to clean up crew were nice and professional with the locals. The city has trimmed the trees many times over the years, but never has a service stood out so much that I felt compelled to write a review. I don't know how much they charge, but I can attest to their quality work. Well done.

The worst! I have never seen trimmed this way. They trimmed the trees in Buena Park today. The trees are lopsided, full of holes. An arborist may own the company, but the guys that do the trimming are not! I ask one of the guys about one of the trees. He said to me he just saw it and was going to ask the guy who trimmed it about it. Nothing happened.

We had a 40 foot tall palm tree cracking & dangerously tilting & while swaying in the wind on our curbside parkway. The city brought in Alejandro Valenzuela the foreman for West Coast Arborists, Inc in La Mesa to complete his assessment. After making his assessment and upon approval he brought his crew out & they removed the palm tree quickly & safely. After the removal their clean up job was meticulous.
In our dealings with Alejandro he was courteous, professional, and understanding of our concerns for our neighbor's safety.
We would recommend this company and especially

Very professional work. They did an extraordinary job cutting a huge pine tree in my front yard. They are very fast and time efficient, and also very clean. The tree was cut perfectly with no trace whatsoever. The workers are also very nice and helpful, John and Francis handled the job perfectly.

I have to say, after reading the 3 previous reviews I'm not inclined to spend to much time on this.
West Coast Arborists were hired by the city of Vista to prune trees lining some of the city streets. This means that any tree approaching the street from a persons yard can be cut back. More like butchered. I have spent the last 5 years carefully pruning out 63 year old Magnolia tree to get it to the point that it has a beautiful, even umbrella shaped crown. Unfortunately West Coast made certain that it will never have one again. The cuts were incredibly poor ( face cuts, flush cuts and stub

Disrespecting a neighborhood is no way to promote your company.

LEARN WHAT "NORMAL HOURS" ARE. 6AM is NOT the time to run a chainsaw.
